I enjoyed this recent listen to an interview with Reginald Dwaye Betts, the founder of Freedom Reads, “the only organization in the nation transforming the experience of incarceration by opening libraries in cellblocks.” In addition to his work as an organizer, Betts is a lawyer and a poet.
