Sapling issue # 800
The one in which we talk to Henriette Lazaridis and Anjali Mitter Duva of Galiot Press.
Hi writers.
It’s our 800th issue! Woo! That’s hundreds and hundreds of small presses, literary journals, contests, and emerging authors featured in our posts over the past sixteen years. And we’ve got so much more in store!
In less fun news, a new executive order has called for the elimination of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, an independent federal agency responsible for awarding grant funding to many museums and libraries across the country. The future of existing and new grant funding remains uncertain.
Siiigh.
Finally, Happy AWP to those who celebrate!
Now, here’s what’s happening in the small press world this week.
